The Correze steeped in ancient history, boasting
pilgrim routes and disputes in old Aquitaine, to modern history and the terrible price paid in the birthplace of resistance.

The Correze has two aliases,
the Pays Vert, or green country which has earned an international reputation for Limousin beef, Chestnuts and a little more
locally known for it’s cider, honey and cheese.
It's second nom de plume is Little Canada thanks to its
undulating forests and tranquil lakes.
A
stone built cottage hidden away at the end of a long private track that boasts uninterrupted views that can only be dreamt
of.

The cottage has been restored and furnished with great sympathy and is built of stone that
stays cool in the long hot summer and retains heat in the frosty winters.
The cottage is situated outside the stunning village of Chamberet, that boasts a small supermarket, shops, bars, and a restaurant.
If you have children the village also boasts a play ground and an all weather pool (in the summer months).

Whilst nestled in the deepest countryside the location
is just one hour away from Limoges international airport and ten minutes from Treignac with its leisure lake, boasting a sandy
beach, swimming, boules pitch and watersports.
